Distinctive and beautiful handmade earrings in aluminium, copper, silver and glass
The inspiration for these articulated earrings was the iconic office building at 30 St Mary Axe in London, commonly known as 'The Gherkin'. Designed by Lord Norman Foster and opened in 2004, it has 744 windows, which form the pattern of triangles and diamonds on which these earrings were based. Exterior window cleaning is done by hand. It takes about ten days for window cleaners to complete the structure’s cleaning process.
